Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If we terminate the engagement, we will provide you with reasonable notice and refund any fees paid in advance for services not yet provided.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access our website and use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated or modified terms and conditions.
